I was driving through Alton Bay on Saturday and there was a sign for a dock/slip that was available on the right just before the bridge (heading West on 11) across the street from the two marinas there. I don't have any more details for you, and wish I had written down the phone number off the sign, but perhaps another member in that area has seen it and can reply with the information.
