Today was truly a wonderful day for our family. At 2:20 this afternoon my wife gave birth to our third child. Meredith Joy came into the world very healthy at 10 pounds 4 ounces and 21 inches long. Our two sons are excited to have a little sister to love and protect. The nurse in charge of the nursery said, after bathing Meredith, that she is a water baby (because she seemed to enjoy bathing).
