Our Swim Raft broke away some time last week from Black Cove on the eastern side of Meredith Neck. It would be hard for it to escape the channel between Meredith Neck and Bear Island, but I have looked around and haven’t been able to find it. It does have our name on a tag on one side. If you have found a 6x6 wooden raft with blue reflectors on the corners, please respond to this message or look around the raft for our nametag and give a call. Thanks
I found it this morning. Some "neighborly" chap out on Bear Island had pulled it around and out of view and tied it off, likely intending to repaint it or whatever, and call it his own. A lot of good it did me to engrave my name, address, and phone number into it.
