Randy's was great, good food at an acceptable price. I think the downfall was they weren't equipped to move fast enough to take care of customers in a reasonable time frame. Turnover is important for that type of business and if you can't serve enough customers every day to make a reasonable profit, you can't survive long. I do agree they were great people, it's a shame they couldn't make a go of the restaurant.
