I have to agree most if not all charitable trusts as well as non-profits are poorly managed. They thought they have to spend all the donations received. That is not the case. They should think income instead. I've been on a number of charitable/non-profit boards. I was able to convince others to rethink. Today most but not all have positive net income instead of negative.
