I'm fine with them not going down, as long as they don't keep going up at double digit increases.
If you go out to eat as much as I do, you would see the slow down. Places are still busy but there are no more long wait times. And coming from Ma, there is less traffic, at least so far.
Maybe its weather related, time will tell. As far as development, that always lags. Projects that are already in the works are going strong, we'll see if it lasts. I'm not expecting a crash, but I welcome a slower pace.
