Amerigas Frustration! Final Straw!
My "Latest Generation Wireless Propane Tank Monitor" that Amerigas installed over the summer is reading 3% tonight!! I have been monitoring my tank level closely for the last 10 days! Given the below freezing temps I knew we would go though more fuel than normal. Many calls and updates on my Customer Portal have not resulted in a delivery. Last Friday the portal said delivery by 1/26/25. That has now changed to 1/27 or 1/28. I hope I get a delivery tomorrow!!!
I am unable to call another company because Amerigas owns my tank.
Forum members, can you provide information on how you changed companies and got rid of the tank from Amerigas? . I would like to have a local company provide our propane and not this gigantic, unreliable and faceless company.
