We could see a change in the real estate market in 2025 that may make a lot of these big projects' financial disasters. I'm already seeing a stagnating market, but the real test will be this spring.
I talked to a marina owner on Cape Cod the other day, he said there's a big backlog of new boats and a lot of used boats and slips coming to market. New cars sales have also slowed to a crawl. Those are signs that the good times may be coming to an end.
