Think
canoes: most average 15-feet long.
When you can mentally line up 10 of them, there's your 150 feet.
Since I've had several mature trees fall into the lake--
through erosion of the shoreline--boaters should be made aware that a mature Hemlock or White Pine can approach 150-feet in height.
Kayakers (only) appear to have taken note.
