Bass Fishing at Winnie...
Hi All...
My small fishing club fished a tourney on Winnie this past Saturday. 15 anglers with a two fish limit.
Winner had 8.48lbs with a nice 5.24 largemouth (and a very respectable 3.25 smallmouth!). Largest smallmouth was 3.88lbs.
Most of the other members weighed around 5-6 lbs.
I wasn't there, so I cannot opine as to the water temps, patterns or techniques.
But safe to say that the fishing will be great going forward.
