Thanks. I’ve built & taken apart computers so, working with electronics doesn’t bother me. I may give it a shot although, even when these units were newer Raymarine wouldn’t service them once they were out of warranty. Guess that should probably give me an idea as to chance of success.
Unfortunately, for the 1st time since I’ve owned it, I left the head unit at the lake this winter. It will be a week or so before I have access.
