Highway speeds all over the Country are far higher than the posted limits. At some point it would be nice if more rural areas were to raise the legal posted limits.
To the best of my knowledge, the only legally posted 75 mph limit in New England is in Maine on Route 95 between Bangor and the Canadian border. In that area most are driving around 85 mph or so without any issues at all (you may see more wildlife than State Police).
