No doubt. Unless you want
all potentially harmful activities to completely stop, the key is to actively decrease the risks of pollution and to have realistic response plans in place when something does go wrong. As previously pointed out, the risks to the lake presented by aerial refueling are tiny when compared to the normal activities that all of us and others take part in on a daily basis on and around the lake.
