I’m not sure where the idea came from that the sun and heat will kill the virus. Just look at Miami, Florida.
However, vitamin D, The vitamin that we get from the sun, is extremely important for keeping our immune system strong. Many people in the United States are deficient in vitamin D or have levels that are too low to be optimal. We all need to get out in the sun for a few minutes every day.
