That sort of fuzzy thinking makes no sense.

I don't know how you people do it on the east coast, but out here you don't need a medical marijuana card to buy and consume cannabis: recreational use of cannabis is legal for all 21 or older.

It used to be the only way you could legally blaze was to have the MMJ card but that restriction went the way of the dodo bird.

As for gambling, ALL casinos are closed, including tribal casinos.

They may be sovereign nations but they can get sick and die like the rest of us.
