Our camp would've been grandfathered in as it was built in 1910, and the lot lines were drawn in 1968, but we didnt want to go through getting a variance and all that. The neighbor put the property up for sale, so we bought it. Now our camp is firmly on our own land and we don't have to worry about being over the lot line.
