I assume you met the letter of the law here. I see from your info you are 14, and you probably acted as I would have at 14. Blipping your throttle and blasting the guy with your wake sounds more like road (lake?) rage
than a mature response to someone who doesn't sound too bright. Then, according to your post, "where we AGAIN get the same .....", it sounds like you were doing something wrong, exact same problem two different times. Maybe not, I wasn't there, but sounds like something's wrong.
I'm with Kona Chick on this one, they behaved badly and so did you.
