Since I can see them you may seeing an older cached version of the map. Try clicking reload/refresh while holding down the Ctrl key. That will load the page and map from scratch.
Also note that there is a "Show rest of markers" link under the map. The program only displays the first 50 until you click that link. I'll check the settings tonight to see if I can remove that initial limit.
Keep in mind that Frappr is a 3rd party site and a beta (being tested). It's not perfect but I thought it might be fun.
