Once upon a time WMTW use to broadcast from Mt Washington and 95.9 the classic radio station. Other stations complained to FCC about it being not fair and that it infringed on their 'market'. This results in a market regulation, and WMTW and 95.5 cannot broadcast from Mt Washington, just from their market area.
What came to mind, what if everyone broadcast from Mt Washington to be fair?
Probably the reason why there isn't a mega cell tower atop the mountain?
