We’ve been twice and both times were acceptable but not outstanding.
A chef that routinely, over cooks his creations isn’t a chef at all...in my humble opinion letting an over cooked steak (or pork tender) leave the kitchen is the mark of a chef that doesn’t care and a shame besides.

O’s for steak, hands down. (Unless I’m doing the cooking)
