I think for now we will get the survey done, place the new building on our known property and if at some point down the line we have to move the existing building then we will. I would really rather not move it until we have to. As mentioned earlier, this may be a moot point if the neighbor never develops their property, or if they go to sell it and we end up buying it.

Any recommendations for qualified surveyors out there?

We are using Craig Bailey out of Gilford. Bailey Associates/Turning Point Land Surveyors to do ours, at the recommendation of others on the forum.
