Do you really think the town would give you a two day credit if your service is interrupted? Do they do the same for any other town provided service?
In fact - the person that wrote this should read the service contract he signed which in short form includes the following:
THE METROCAST EQUIPMENT AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER METROCAST NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR UNDERLYING SERVICE PROVIDERS WARRANT THAT THE METROCAST EQUIPMENT OR THE SERVICES WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS, PROVIDE UNINTERRUPTED USE, OR OPERATE AS REQUIRED, WITHOUT DELAY, OR WITHOUT ERROR.
