Hello! Hope everyone is enjoying summer! My husband and I are looking to purchase a house in Suissevale to use as a rental property but I'm really on the fence about it because it's an association and lake access as opposed to lake front. What are some thoughts on Suissvale and the rules of the association? Have you rented there and liked it/ not liked it? I've heard mixed reviews but I know this is the best place to turn to for info on all things Lake Winnie! Thank you!
