Her conclusion. This ain't no Thai food.
While there they/she did offer some Thai food but recipes from her.
She's gone now.
Real Thai food varies by region in Thailand. Southern, northern, coastal, etc.
In the US very few Thai restaurants offer authentic Thai food as some of the spices are not available in the US.
