I was directly involved with the companies in question so not sure how to avoid spam under these circumstances.
It's the same no matter what you are inquiring about online...my info is
always shared with the spammers.
If you don't think companies like Progressive and Geico don't sell your email address you are probably, on the naive side (respectfully speaking)
