Don't forget about the West Alton sand bar. That one is usually a bit less hectic and not too far away from Fay's if I remember correctly. Braun is definitely the nicest sandbar on the lake but it gets pretty nutty on a weekend. Reminds me of a public pool on a hot Saturday.
