Their prices have not declined with the market though.

These types of places don't carry weeks worth of inventory, their stock rolls over every few days. Last time I checked meat goes bad after a while.

We had tips from the butcher shop at Fiddleheads in Alton last weekend, they were $10.99 and were excellent.
