With all due respect, 60 is a
very high speed over water.
This summer on Lake Michigan two fatalities occurred when the occupants were thrown out at that speed -- witnessed by a Coast Guard boat.
Their shoes, PFDs,
and all their clothes were torn off by impact with the water. The two drowned.
