However I base most of my tips on the service I get. It's not a rare thing for me to drop a $5 tip on a bill of $8. But there are also times where the percentage of the tip is far below the 20% some expect and it was because the server only took the order then delivered it and was never to be seen again except to drop the bill off. And yes I take into account how busy the establishment is under those circumstances.
Now back to the regular program.
