If this is true I hope Misty Harbor residents are excluded from the portion of property taxes that are collect to fund schools, or are assessed by an overall lower tax rate as a season property... Otherwise this seems very odd to me....

Personally these units are not really meant to be year around residences I know... but that is how they advertise them....
