There has been a few sales in the last year in Gilford. One sold on the back side of Mark at the beginning of June, it will not show on MLS as it was a private deal. Sold at $240k. Still a sore spot for me....
Our place closed in December in Gilford as well, that one will show up.
There was one that went very cheap on Lockes last summer.
Island sales seem to be good, but it depends on the price range. The higher end stuff, say $500k+ takes a while.
