No, he says, "Non lo so" litteraly means "I don't know" in Italian!

Yes, I bit and took the bait, hook, line and sinker.

I guess he loves it whenever anyone asks about his boat name.

This happened to me about 30 years ago, and I still get a chuckle out of it, but I sure felt like a dope at the time!
I had a similar ride on a boat named "NOIDEA" I asked him what Noydea ment and he said "no idea".
