I think it's a little harsh to call your server out by name in a public forum, particularly a new server. It doesn't feel very supportive.
Since neither she nor the manager on duty were named specifically in the complaint, it seems you could have handled your concerns with them privately, while still offering your public acknowledgement of the issues. Personally, I feel that I can tell a lot about an establishment by how they treat their employees.
