They must all be alike. I had a family member accidentally send something to my home address - no mail box - I use a PO box in the town where I work - NOT in Alton where I live. When I found out what she did, the package was tracked and it said it was there to be picked up. I called, not there. It was there "last week", blah, blah. It couldn't have been - it was available for pick up on 12/24 and on Friday they couldn't find it, yet I was told it was there the week before, etc. I called back later on Friday and low and behold they found it! Not the first time. I have a p/t job who sent 2 pay checks to my home. Alton told me they returned them but they never made it back - to Gilford! Such a long distance. The company had to cancel the checks, about $35 each, and recut them. Again, very nice people, but doesn't seem to be well run.
