A simple case of Unions gone bad !
In the business world we send documents ( letters ) using FedEx and UPS because we can't count on the post office.
Its just such a shame a asset like the USPO has fallen this far.
Save a buck , stop Saturday delivery , ( Wednesday to for that matter )
