I'll try to narrow down where the hits start and end and maybe look at the box a little closer tonight....Might not be one at all. Just noticed the box this morning as I was headed to work. Might just be some kind of phone line box.
I had not looked up the laws, so thanks for that link. Interesting hearing about Nashua as I have a place there as well.
