It amazes me the number of times I have seen people hop on one and start it right up. Even after it has been sitting in the hot sun for hours. One little leak or errant fill up and the fumes can combust like that. A minute of extra care and that probably would not have happened. However we will have to see what the Marine Patrol says. I am glad the injuries were not as serious as they could have been. Poor little girl will be terrified of those Jet ski things, now for ever....
