Ever tried to get out of the backseat of a VW Bug in a hurry? We ran to the end of the street-we had to, the Guard was doing the sweep. I remember somebody let me sit in his car-he was a Boston cop. I felt liked he was my guardian angel at the time. It was really scary. I wondered if I would ever get home.
That is funny, I was there also in the back of a VW bug with my parents. We were in laconia at the catholic church on union ave when a large amount of bikers stopped at a red light and several got off their bikes a tipped over a parked VW bug, and we were parked 3 cars behind it. We did not bother to stay for mass, we just wanted to get out while we could. I was about 11 yo but remember it well.
