So, what the heck am I talking about? Last August, 2012, when the NH car registration on my 15-year old pickup expired, I decided not to register it at that time because it is a gas guzzler and needs some work to pass inspection. It has been sitting in my yard ever since.

Much to my surprise, as already stated above, I cannot pay a pro-rated amount or something like that, and need to either pay the back year registration fee or just wait it out until Sept 1, 2013. This was a surprise to me, to say the least ........ hmmm ?!
Ah the man who advocates additional taxes such as a NH income tax is now crying because he has to pay his taxes????? Oh the sweet delicious irony.
