Unless I'm misinterpretting the working (which IS confusing), there really is no change.
They do not clearly define "quarter". I'll assume annual calendar quarters (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec)
..."following the last quarter included in the claim"... So, if you submit a form that has June and July dates in the claim, you need to have it submitted by end of December.
Anyone read this differently?
