If I can't poll all restuarants in one poll, I will established two polls, 'The 'boros' and the 'non 'boros'. With Don limiting members only, we should have a fair representation of what the members like.
If you limit one vote to one IP aren't you essentially limiting people voting at work or a couple at home behind a cheap Linksys router? Their 'real' IPs aren't the source IPs.
