Foam insulation was injected thru sidewall by drilling holes between studs in regular two story house in MA. May have had some vapor and sound barrier quality but not really known.
Decided not to install for various reasons. City required permit and I don't believe they wanted to obtain-need I say more? Also did not like the rigid foam's (upon curing) affect on house wiring if indeed it would prevent any repair etc.after foam installed. But mai reason was the first listed. Never got to a price quote.
