Accumulations...12 to 18 inches of snow.

Timing...late tonight through tomorrow evening.

Impacts...heavy snow with low visibilities...poor driving conditions and power outages are likely.

Winds...northeast 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

Temperatures...in the lower 20s.

Visibilities...a half mile or less in snow and blowing snow. Precautionary/preparedness actions...
