Consistency is my key.
Many new restuarants are super when they open, then falls on their knees. So, if a reatuarant give consistence good service and food, they make my list. Any good establishment can have a bad day.
Any establishment that can own up to their mistake(s) and honor it is the key to customer satisfaction. The days of 'forgetaboutit' are long gone.
