The more the land sells for and the bigger the house put on it fits into the future operating revenue for each of these greedy little towns/villages around the lake.
IMO more average wage earners should be able to buy lake front property and the tax burden should be split up between all the people in these towns.

I agree with you but it seems those who pay the LEAST taxes are the ones who want to have more and more services provided by the towns. Spend, spend, spend.
