There isn't a Town or village around Lake Winnipesaukee that will listen to any changes in the way the land is being sold and McMansions are being built on them. As an example Wolfeboro gets 70% of there operating revenue from lake front property owners.
The more the land sells for and the bigger the house put on it fits into the future operating revenue for each of these greedy little towns/villages around the lake.
IMO more average wage earners should be able to buy lake front property and the tax burden should be split up between all the people in these towns.
