Great idea...but as I'm sure you know, the on land time is about 10 minutes and speed is slow.

M'boro could still buy one and equip it...just build a large building just off the ramp to house the boat and provide storage and training. then it would simply be "open the doors, crank up the engine, put it in gear, and go."
