We always stayed there when we would come up in the winter. We would always get a second floor room. There was a big picture window looking out toward the lake..and in winter the leaves on the trees were gone so you could see more. There was also a balcony outside the window where you could sit if you wanted to freeze to death. You couldn't quite see the lake but it was a good view non the less. The prices were always more than reasonable....I'm thinking $57 per night.....during the Derby yet.

Last year the doors were locked. We had to stay "somewhere else" where we would NOT stay again. NB
