I know it's come up a hundred times so please bear with me when I do a search I cannot readily find a thread. I was wondering if resident and non resident (property owners) pay the same tax rate. Was up at the house this weekend with my two B.I.L's and they insisted my dad told them he pays less because he's a non resident. I told them absolutely not and they were very doubtful...I believe I may have some bad news for pops or maybe I have it wrong, just want to be sure.
