General Reply
- I lived in Maine for 10 years and know what winter is like.
- I have lived in NE most of my life.
- I went to the New Hampton School... during the winter.
- My family had a house in Melvin Village that I used year-round.
- Everything up here is NOT more expensive than NJ, in fact quite the opposite.
- It is not illegal to pump your own gas in NJ.
- I took a boat ride around Wolfeboro and Alton last week and saw many a waterfront mansion. I would beg to differ that there is no "cushy life" up here.
- I have never washed my car in the lakes region so pardon my ignorance about what is available. As I said before, I will adapt to car wash conditions. It's not that big a deal.
- Please don't assume that just because I am moving from NJ that I have a certain attitude, expectations or life style. That would be stereotyping.
